Following on from our successful construction of the helicopter night vision testing tent, we were asked to construct four sets of boarding steps for the Land’s End Airport to the Isles of Scilly helicopter service, the service commenced in May 2018.
Two sets of steps were constructed and safety tested and dispatched to site by Mid April 2018, with the other two sets being completed shortly after.
On Saturday 7th April we were invited to the Gloucester Gordon League RFC to receive a cheque for two thousand pounds from the Gloucestershire Freemasons Grant Programme. We stayed for an enjoyable Lunch and watched the game the club were playing against Cirencester, final score Gordon League 26 – Cirencester 25.
The donation was a welcome addition to our funds for setting up a Shed at the Gordon League RFC for our Gloucester Members, our grateful thanks to the Gloucestershire Freemasons for their support.
